🌎 Worldwide Shipping

We ship to over 100 countries around the world. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but most packages arrive within 6–10 business days.

📦 Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. A tracking number will be sent as soon as the package ships. Please allow a few days for tracking info to update after the item is shipped.


🔄 Refund & Reshipment Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Below are the conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund or reshipment:

✅ Eligible Cases

  • Lost or stolen packages
    If a package is lost or stolen, you may request a full refund or a free reshipment within 7 days of delivery confirmation. Proof of refund to your end customer may be required.
  • Incorrect or missing items
    If your order arrives with the wrong items or something is missing, please provide a photo of all items received and the shipping label. We’ll offer either a full refund or send the correct items at no extra cost.
  • Damaged or defective items
    If you receive a damaged or defective product, submit clear photo or video evidence within 7 days of delivery. We will issue a full refund (including shipping costs) or send a replacement at no charge.

❌ Cases Not Covered

  • Change of mind
    Refunds or reshipments are not issued if the customer simply no longer wants the item.
  • Subjective dissatisfaction
    If a customer is not happy with a product that is otherwise accurate and functional, a refund or reshipment will not be provided.
  • Incorrect sizing or minor variations
    Products ordered in the wrong size or with slight variations (e.g., minor color or design differences) are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Shipping delays due to external factors
    Delays caused by customs processing or local courier issues are outside our control and not eligible for compensation.
